Returns:
Generally returns or exchanges are not accepted, however exceptions will be made if the item has been grossly misrepresented. Lois Lane does not accept returns due to fit issues, so please check measurements before purchasing. If you are unsure about an item, please E-mail me with any questions you have before ordering.
Shipping:
Shipping is done through the United States Postal Service. This takes 3-8 days to reach anywhere in the U.S and works pretty fast for International Shipping. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation E-mail and the items will be shipped 1-3 days from when the payment is received. I try my best to ship the next day if possible. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the item (most items cost approx. $5.00 to ship within the U.S). Lois Lane is not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail. If you would like insurance please E-mail me before you place you order.
Clothing Measurements:
All measurements are made lying flat. Bust and Waist are measured across and doubled. Bust/Chest are measured from underarm to underarm seam. Length is measured from top seam/shoulder to hem or cuff. Because most vintage does not include labels, sizes are approximated. You are therefore strongly encouraged to check measurements to ensure fit. Please refer to diagram.
